Keystone Ridge, operated by Keystone Care Network, LLC, is a staff-secure Level III residential treatment program. Staff support residents around the clock, implementing individualized Person-Centered Plans and documenting care across shifts.

Therapeutic and skills-focused support, shaped by assessment and the resident’s plan.
Steady supervision
Behavioral support, de-escalation and crisis response within the program.
Care coordination
Communication with guardians, DSS, school, payer and treatment-team members.
Clinical oversight is part of the structure.
A Licensed Professional provides clinical consultation and oversight. A Qualified Professional provides on-site qualified-professional services, as required under the license.
